1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "q777", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the q777-bet.cam website and all related services including its mobile application. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on or in the process of registering on the platform.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. These terms form a legal agreement between q777 and its users and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

q777 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to access the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the q777 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and the use of such online services must be legally permissible in your jurisdiction.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• A valid national ID card or passport number and an active mobile number must be provided at the time of registration.

2.1 Identity Verification

q777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Government-issued identification, proof of address, or any other relevant documents may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your q777 account. Your password and login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the q777 support team immediately.
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of another person or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account — whether authorised or not.
• If your contact details change, please update your account as soon as possible.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

3.1 Account Inactivity

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. q777 reserves the right to apply a maintenance charge on the balance of inactive accounts. Users may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Designated payment methods must be used for all transactions on the q777 platform. Currently available methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Only use an account or mobile banking number registered in your own name for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and such funds will be returned.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be credited to your account immediately. If there is a delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be possible until the wagering requirement attached to any bonus has been met — see Section 5 below for details.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

q777 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own applicable terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

• Do not treat bonus funds as "free" or guaranteed money — they are subject to wagering requirements.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Separate terms apply to cashback and other promotions.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If q777 detects bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, systematic betting strategies, or any other fraudulent method — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The q777 platform offers various types of betting and games including slots, live casino, cricket, and football. The following general rules apply to each game or betting category:

• Once a bet is finalised it cannot be cancelled, unless q777 cancels it for a specific reason.
• q777 reserves the right to void any abnormal result caused by a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules or results, q777's decision will be considered final.
• Maximum bet limits are set per game or betting category and are subject to change.
• In live sports betting, bets placed after the designated cutoff time may be voided.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Bets can be placed on Bangladesh national team matches, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament matches. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In the case of an abandoned match, the original stake is generally refunded.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

The RTP (Return to Player) rate and rules for each slot game are displayed within the game itself. Game results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and verifiable. Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one account.

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Using fraudulent strategies or collusion (illegal coordination between multiple players) in game play.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

q777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unusual transactions.
• Account closure at the user's own request — including for responsible gaming reasons.

After an account is closed, a request to recover any legitimate balance must be made through the support team. Funds from accounts closed due to fraud will not be returned.
